Who are you? I will tell you what you are not… You are not your size, your marital status, your exam results, your age, where you live, your followers on social media, others opinion of you, your job title. You are not your past “mistakes” you are not your mother! These social labels that we define ourselves by, are an external perspective which we have been programmed to believe and define ourselves by, through the media/ magazines etc. We’ve been taught to look for validation outside ourselves, when in reality everything starts inside. I will tell you what you are… You are a unique human being, there is no one on this earth who has the strengths, talents, gifts and life experiences as you. There is no one on this earth who is like you and because of this, your contribution to this world is invaluable. Who are you? Without establishing your own identity, you may easily conform and lose yourself. The most important thing you can do, is to invest in yourself by getting to know YOU. Get to know yourself inside and out, you are after all, worthy of your own investment.
