How to grab those moments of Kindness

Thats how I started to change my mindset and increase my self worth , by grabbing those small seemingly insignificant moments - while boiling the kettle, while in the shower, while getting dressed, doing the laundry, while queuing up, while in the car at a traffic jam, those moments are the times to set your loving attention inwards.

Turn those pockets of time into MOMENTS OF KINDNESS and I promise you, it will start to make a difference, it will cause a ripple, it will change your energy at a cellular level.


HOW TO USE THESE MOMENTS OF KINDNESS...

  1. Connect to yourself, connect to your breath, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth, focusing only on your breathing. Slowing down and breathing into your belly, activating your parasympathetic nervous system, your relaxation response.

  1. Affirm to yourself what you want to feel and be - we naturally put emphasis on the negative (the negative thoughts, feelings and conversations) in our life as a survival response. When you start to use affirmations and words on kindness, you'll start to change your internal word at a cellular level, this is HUGELY important for self love, self healing and you cannot do anything better than this - to pass onto the next generation - #itendswithus you pass on your healing, not your trauma or negative beliefs to the next generation - lets break that ancestral chain. I am open to receive love and support in my life I love and approve of myself I always attract good opportunities and energy to me I am getting better and better everyday I am grateful for everything that I have in my life I am healing and strengthening everyday.
