TLC - Tender Loving (self) Care

An evening of calming reset, including yoga nidra, reiki healing and sound therapy. 14 years and above.

Hot Drink and sweet treats will be provided. 

Dress in comfortable, loose clothing – bring warm socks and a jumper to suit the temperature.

Items to bring*

Blankets, pillows, yoga mat and any other items to build your ‘nest’ e.g. eye pillow

*Some of these items will be available to borrow.
