The Energy Remedy 

This is a 4 session event on the following dates - 7pm till 8.15pm

Friday 29th September

Friday 6th October 

Friday 13th October 

Join me for 75 minutes, within a small intimate group (max 6 participants) and experience energy healing and deep relaxation. 

I hold sacred space for you to receive energetic and reiki healing for your highest healing good. This will create shifts in your energy which will then create shifts in your reality. I will create a safe space for you to receive love and healing. 

Its time to take your power and energy back. 

These sessions have been created from divine guidance and are centred around YOU and the energy of receving. 

You will spend most of this session, horizontal, cosy wosy under blankets and pillows. 

This is for you if you....

🌀 Have been giving of yourself to much and its time to receive. 

🌀Have felt disconnected, living life on automatic pilot.

🌀If you have felt stressed and "too" busy.

🌀 Have noticed your behaviours being quite snappy and impatient. 

🌀 Are living from past situations and circumstances. 

🌀 Have feelings of  anxiousness and  anxiety for the future (worry). 

Whats Involved? 

🌀This is held over 4 weeks - every Friday starting 22nd September - West Stoke Village Hall. 

🌀A small intimate group of 6 maximum

🌀A theta activating relaxation to completely relax your mind, body and soul

🌀Reiki and Energy Healing - one on one

🌀Group Healing and grounding energy, 

🌀Meditation to guide you to receiving healing and clearing past stagnant energy. 

Everything you need will be provided for you.

You just need to arrive wearing your comfiest of comfy clothes. 

You can bring extra blankets etc if you so wish.
